How much does it cost to build a pool?
Our pricing varies based on many factors. The main factor is size of pool. The next factor is size and type of decking you want. Other factors include adding a spa or screen enclosure. Because of all these variables its is hard to say how much until these questions are answered.
What is your lead time?
We have a waiting list that helps determine lead time but because of our first come first serve policy it varies. We try to complete a pool a week and try not to have more than nine projects under construction at a time. If you are on our waiting list we can build you a pool.
How long does it take to build a pool?
From the time we break ground on property until we fill pool with water our average time to build is 6 to 8 weeks. Some take less time and others take longer sometimes due to weather conditions or product availability.
Do you finance?
Unfortunately, we do not finance. We recommend reaching out to your local financial institution or possibly using a third party lender such as Lyon Financial
